the youkai would survive due to the fact that people would fear them and their existence as they become visible to the world. You can say this is a cheap cope-out answer but I think the youkai would be annihalated by modern military capabilities. Even excluding the nuclear option what chance do most of these youkai have against the power of tanks, attack helicopters, tear gas and cluster bombs. Not to mention any illness that could fall upon them (of course this is assuming that youkai can be affected by human illnesses) due to the fact that the youkai have been isolated from the outside world for so long, new diseases could wipe them out easily. Now of course this only includes the low tier or mid tier youkai, F to B on tierlist terminology. Some like Yukari would be much harder to simply take down with force. Some sort of a contract would have to be established with the world governments. Maybe this contract will be secret and this will be covered up as some massive government conspiracy where people are secretly fed to these creatures somewhere in some underground chamber. Possibly death row prisoners, people deemed persons of interest by the government. Although now this is starting to sound like the SCP foundation. Thats all the ideas ive got. plenty of people here will have actually good ideas about the subject matter im just some dumbass

So think of this alright. In survival mode with no cheats or buffs, Steve in Minecraft can carry the weight of a blue whale. Without walking on ice, when B-hopping Steve can run 15 MPH or 24 KPH. Steve has the sheer power to punch down trees and most other materials in minecraft. although the speed of his fist slows down between material hardness in real life not a single person can punch down a tree. And thats not counting any speed with tools. Any touhou characters that can take steve down?

I agree on the Iku point, I keep forgetting Iku even exists sometimes. She is a pretty cool character that deserves to be in more games

My current username is Stan. It started as a thought of changing my username to something super generic as a joke but I think I will keep it as I like this username. I have not changed my username in years. unanimously over the internet my old username was Schloozy. I have used it since I was 12. It came from the words schtick and oozy. I used to think those were such funny words. EDIT: Stan was also the name of my first terraria character which probably added a bit of significance to the name in my mind.

theres also the terraria soundtrack. a very nostalgic one indeed. I remember playing this game when I was 9 a lot. never got past the mechs at the time, although I have beaten the game multiple times now. I absolutely love this soundtrack and game too so im just going to post some songs here. (one of the most nostalgic tracks for me right here, good vibes for the night) (this song has a more upbeat feel compared to its counter evil biome the crimson. the crimson also has a good theme and I would recommend checking it out however I personally prefer corruption music. although I do prefer crimson overall) (this song fits the wall of flesh fight very well and I think it is one of the best songs in the game. the beginning is definitely a bop. sad that the song is so short compared to boss 1 and 3 and essentially every other boss theme) I definitely love this game

Ultrakill. I just love the Ultrakill soundtrack. dont really have words to describe it other than I just love it and the soundtrack is epic as hell here are some good songs from it (5-1's theme around the 1:40 second part sounds oddly nostalgic to me and the song is just weirdly soothing even during the breakcore part) (this songs motif at 50 seconds in is quite iconic and this is one of the most iconic tracks in the game) (war without reason theme of the earthmover is such a great song, some may think it starts off bad but if you just take 6 minutes to listen to it in full you will understand the power this song holds for one of the best bosses of the game possibly one of the best bosses ever) yeah I love this game

piracy and boredom. but yeah this place is cool. small, but its nice. like the cozy small town you grew up in or an isolated neighbourhood up in the Yukon
