I also recomend checking out Lotus Land Story, but better luck on running PC-98. That was my first touhou game ever, and the only one i managed to 1CC in Normal.

So i decided to stay for now here, this is definitively the best Touhou site i can found for chatting and reading. I really don't like being on a very popular environment, not just the wierdos, i can't adapt myself into a group with so many people talking about... specially when they just talking some shit nonsence, or i just interrupt a conversation without my intentions to do so. It's so hard, those problems happens on every franchise fandom i was in. I didn't tried to go on Twitter/X, because i didn't want to risk myself into a even more toxic groups with just fights for nothing really special. My opinions are clear, the Moriya Shrine Forums is the safest place to chat with anyone, no toxicity and really interesting topics to share. And of course, Fangames! Wish i get some friends, and get better luck on my Topics, but for now im pretty comfortable, and that's what matters.

Welp, considering everything i lived, It is just a shame, well if it way detailed maybe, i could think better. Seriously, I'm a bit of a restrictive when it comes on entering every server i just discover, it mostly ends with a "NO". All because... i just want to a problem like THAT (you know what problems) happen again. For now, still on Forums earning more faith. Anyways, Thank you for reading most of it!

It happens to me too, on almost every franchise really. I'm not touching a Megaman or Lemmings game for almost a year, and i recently playing Kirby 64, one of my favorites from that franchise, because beyond than that it was dead as well. It also happened to Touhou, i lost the like to attempt to complete EoSD (the far i was about to complete it 1CC is right at the start of Stage 6, Stage 4 was my Lives eater) Just thanks to a streamer i just go back to interest on it, but just for the fangames, i'm thinking to go back once. And due... some problems in Discord i just decided to abandon the Touhou games and just focus on Bomberman. I can understand how it fells, because oh boy being on various games to play is hard, like... I start to play this game and i'm just playing this for a long time, until i found a better game or just get bored of it. It happened me a lot during my childhood, you give me Sonic and i'm fully Sonic, DON'T GIVE ME ANOTHER THING. And it still happens to me, but now i can control it better. It's fine on those things happening, just wish i have time to do everything.

So uh... hello again, that's your favorite user in the Moriya Shrine, and im here to tell you how i got into the Shrine! It will be a little bit... serious compared to other topics who i already did and didn't go well BUT that's not the point of it, I will gonna to tell you a long history on how it is hard to me on going into A discord server and having not a good moment... So no more talking around, let's start! 1.- HOW IT STARTED IN THE FIRST PLACE? One day where i was already a little casual touhou player i decided to go into my first Discord Touhou themed server, to share my stuff. I really like to talk with people in general, so that's why i like a lot seeing Forums. A friend invited me first into a Spanish 2hu server known as "Ideologia inversa" (Reverse Ideology) as far i remember, however it wasn't that good, i just... dont like how the people were like, and i wasn't adapting well into it; what's more, i was actually nerveous to go into a new server, nerves me so much that so many times I think im gonna have a bad time! But over all, I just... go away and search another server, maybe I have better luck? Adapting was definitively my weak point. So i was gonna to try harder! 2.- The new (and unexpected fail) start! When everything of this was happening, i need to talk the context of how i was felling at the time. In short, i decided to left my beloved Bomberman community for a unexpected time, i was not having a nice moment at it, i was also on the Lemmings Community for a short time, it was fine but i decided to left, because i was felling not good for long. And most importantly, IT WAS THE TERRIBLE 2022, the worst year i had so far and i was definitively no happy, terrible school, really bad in house problems, you get it. My only way i was happy is chating in the widest world of the Internet! So aprox. March of 2022 i have oficially entered into 2 Touhou servers, a spanish and an english one. The english one was Touhou Game Jams, and it was... well, if you are really into the shrine, i had already shared this story before in another topic! So check the A Jam experience, i thinking on returning on 2hu GameJams. in derivative works in the Forums. Now back to this, im here to talk about the Spanish one!, which I know more but not that much because i wan't forget it , but it was my chance to know more people who talk my same lenguage... Now here is were things start to get complicated, so after this line of sentence, everything will be a little... disappointment for me. I prefer not to mention the name of this server and the user who controled it, so for start i was starting to go into the same story as before... No get used to the users of the server, but i still was having faith, the guy had a really nice channel for streams, not the videos because it was just memes. But then the server got a raid, and they created another one, because of this, the user, the owner of this new server, GAVE ME ADMINISTRATION!, all because it promised me to do Fumos and a collaborative dinamic for this server, and it was gonna to be INCREDIBLE! I only remember the friends i finally got, and now i don't talk to them anymore, i still respect them. I also remember abusing my power on one single user because... it was spaming some shitty comments, i stoped to do that because some users started to hate me and decided to take it more calmly. Man i even remember now i did some stuff with that user, Like a pixel art of his OC. However all happiness was starting to collapse... I remember VERY WELL this, it was few days after my birthday, i got my PC back because my charger was broken (already say that on A Jam experience, i thinking on returning on 2hu GameJams.) I was a perfectly fine day eating the rests of the cake they did for my Birthday, and then one of the users of that server DM me, i check it out and... TO BE CONTI... Nah not felling good for doing this joke. NOW HERE IS THE HARSH PART. 3.- The time I definitebly lost my faith. I saw that video... The user i was following since March of 2022, was on a controversy outside Discord, in short. He was with a relationship with a girl, while she was already well aged, the user i was following me was at his 17 in that time, yep.... basically that. And he did some stupid things in twitter, and in that video i was in as an accomplice! Now, that last thing i said, make me the decision to secretly avoid him forever, Thanks to my help, the group of antis of that user Raid again the new server... that server that they promised me to be good... I... was... destroyed mentally. And there was my cruel reality IRL too. The group of antis which I was in, wanted to go more further, they want to DOX him... and here is were i decided to leave. At the same time, also leaved of Touhou Game Jam server, not only because the things i said in A Jam experience, i thinking on returning on 2hu GameJams. But also due this cruelty of all of the stuff i just already tell... So... I was back to my old home, The Bomberman community i was in, the reason i get into Discord in a first place... I call it... A falied attempt on going well into a Touhou community. .... 4.- Can Kochiya Sanae recover my faith? A day of September of 2023, a new year, so many changes in my life, i decided to go into another route, so after a long walk in the montains, i managed to fall into the Moriya Shrine, I just discovered that this place there was a Forum for some reason so, i got interested on it and.... Here i am! But then i just fell this place a little inactive, so i just saw that there was a Discord server, I was like... Oh the bad memories are coming back! So the future of this depends of my Bravery... and really know that this place is for everyone who like to chat like me! And not getting stuck on the old aged Forum format. I will take a decision if you awnser this question, Is the server GOOD? Can i be relevant in a way? (not that much but likeable person) No so many wierdos? (i mean, there is no way there is not at least some kind of people) Wish this can be awnsered. Wow you got into the final of the Reply!, Or just skipped all of this into the end, No matter what. I mean, i guess ZUN tried to do his best at drawing in PC-98, it ended ... Fine i think. I fell kinda the same from SoEW but it's style was getting form (when he go into LLS and MS he improved a lot, in terms of PC-98 limitations), I like his old drawings, i fell a wierd nostalgia reminding, even if i used to play those games 2020.

She looks so simple, but for some reason i like her. Like, i'm not fan of Mary Sues but i actually made a little pixelart for her! Why i did this? Why not?, I mean, i can also experiment some things and make your OC more cooler (i decided to do some changes for the original design because welp it's MS Paint) , also it's a long time that i didn't do other sprites about other users OC's more than MY OCs, and some characters from other games i like besides Touhou. Overwise, i had fun doing this! May i can do more if i'm on a mood and have time.

And yes, a Peruvian youkai is on the shrine, so there she is... she is kinda based of myself(in how i can be IRL or the internet) in some form, as for the country i came. We need more HISPANIC or LATAM represented in the shrine!

Hello, so long no seeing this site, uh? Im here to start a new topic with a question I always think about this question since i was starting to play some fangames. And now there is already so many discussions of this before but this is a bit different because how fangames works. Piracy in Touhou Proyect Fangames can actually be not good? But in my opinion, i actually got an awnser for this question... It depends on the fangame you are gonna to ilegally install. So one of the games i have installed was "Dangerous Patchouli, Moya no Tabi 4", and i think it's one of the games i think it's reasonable to install like this (as far i can say it softly). One of the most cute and go foward metroidvanias i have played. The thing about this is that, this game is made by a group known as "UTG Software" and realesed in a Comiket from Japan. First thing is that... yeah, OBVIOUSLY im not going to Japan to get it for sure (Or going to a Wierd Japanese site to get the game's disk). It not only be hard but also it would cost even more to do, so nope thanks... Or maybe i can go their official site and see if i have luck, some fangames have their official sites to download the game, MegaMan Maker is an example i could remember first. Fortunately, while exploring Nue Operation BigBurn's files (Another of UTG Software game) i have found their official site... All right, let's take a look, may it has more game to explore! (It looks like this) ITS COMPLETLY CONTENTLESS! I'ts actually kinda odd, it says that they gonna update the site, but it's still like this since 2021 (Not that far to be honest) The only thing i can say, is that there is, which i guess is a personal Twitter/X account from the leader of the group (I guess). There is no much to say here more than it's completly casual Twitter/X account. But there is still some more games who perhaps it have even worse situations than the anothers. Just gonna say the only one who i think there is no excuse to "no purchase it because it hard to get" are literally every Steam game (I don't have Steam so I didn't bother to search there). I you have enough money and want to play a fangame, GO get for it legally! May i can get most of the game if i manage to get a mastercard. I'm still a little man but it only take me less than a year to be a 18'er so who knows. But, what do you think about this, Fangames who are hard to get are fine to be pirated?

IRL Friends for sure not. But i actually got into the 2hu due a friend from discord recomended to me when he was currently on SoEW, when he got into EoSD i started to play since LLS. I also remember even playing online PoFV once, it was a bit laggier as i expected but still had fun. Now at days im a bit far to him, but he stills calls me sometimes.

Oh it was a accident? I like this more than before though, Hope it kepts looking like this for a while I can't wait of the Spooky backgrounds designs, I hope they look cool enough to make the Aki sisters happier (well, not exactly like that) Off topic, but i would like if this site recieves an "classic" change design update for the aniversary. Like making the site looking like we are in 2006/2007 idk if you understand, but i like retro styled site designs and that would be great. Who knows, that is a possibility.

Idk, but i like how it looks right now, it give me some 2012 vibes. Maybe it's spooky month design? Who knows!
