    Niel Postmans Amusing Ourselves to Death is a great book if you ever wanted to explore the topic in detail. His book may have been written in a era where the computer has still in its infancy, but its topic are a quite interesting critique of Television which- if you want a basic idea -prioritizes present and decontextualized content
