Oh, no problem! I actually got interested into it since i first saw you talking about it, but this one post was like the one that made me more curious xd I know how you feel, is like when i talk about touhou with my only one friend that likes it in my friends group, they don't understand nothing =') If you want a recommendation, i'll show you another very confuse rabbit hole called Higurashi Naku No Koro Ni (there's lots of animes and is based in a visual novel), is my favorite one since it has a whole universe that is based in something so simple such like some friends in a village (it's also kinda heavy so if you don't like too violent stuff i recommend you to don't check it, since has some parts with suic1de and that stuff), it's really amazing =D And well, there's actually several adaptations of that stuff! I recommend you check it out since most of them released in 2000 - 2010, and even though i really love everything released in that time, i really have to say, the adaptations are basically amazing! (some are weird like Yosuga no Sora or School Days but well, you can find several good ones xd) It seems interesting, the recommendation i told you, uh, has one arc for each character that becomes insane. You'd have to watch to understand what i'm saying xd But it's really nice when a visual novel is adapted to anime, it always get kinda confusing but at the same time so entertaining! Tbh, i really liked it, aside from the art style, Kaoru seems like a cute and kind character, i feel like if i watched the anime she would be my favorite xd Also Jun'ichi looks like a kinda funny and confuse character, so i'm also interested on it too! Amagami SS reminds me of some other animes i watched and loved, so it makes me way more interested into it! Hmmmmm, i think something more common to see in the daily life, like someone chilling in their house or enjoying a beautiful night or sunset, this kind of art gives me hope. But when it comes to characters, i like the ones with not amazing bodies and a cute black straight hair, sometimes a kinda short one, i always found it beautiful, since i like simple things at all =) Oh, i understand, i'm a K-On fan and always that i look for K-On fanart there's the characters in a 1 piece swimwear (there's also a beach episode, since is a Slice Of Life genre xd) Average shapes are something i like in anime, since you can admire more the character design and beauty than just their bodies. You can find lots of stuff like that about K-On too (i also recommend you to watch K-On, it's so wholesome and simple!), i think is something really common with Slice Of Life animes at all xd

Years ago when i was watching a lot of anime, i asked my friend what he was liking in the moment and he said touhou. I said i heard about this anime sometimes { I DIDN'T KNEW TOUHOU WAS A GAME AT THE TIME OK? =') } and he said it was a game but had some animes, i said i was gonna watch (i never watched xd) In 2021 i started dating, she liked anime and that stuff too, and in a day, she sent me a Cirno fumo meme, that was when i got interested in touhou, but didn't search for it September of 2022, i found more fumo stuff and started watching videos and seeing stuff about it (mostly yumemey) and found other channels, and naturally started liking touhou I downloaded some mobile games and loved them! Then i started playing the PC ones and loved them too! Then i got into this forum =D I love touhou more and more each new thing i find out about it, is awesome!

So, i'm coming back to this post to thank you guys! After this post, i managed to notice that if i waited more time, it would only hurt more So, i broke up with her today The advice i give you guys, don't be emotionally dependent of someone, you'll only lose people and also hurt yourself doing this The person that was there in a bad moment of your life isn't the love of it, start a relationship is something you should wait, for a moment where you're with your mind okay and still love the person. I started dating that girl when i was going through a lot, she helped me so much but, in the end, i was only happy with someone that was there to listen me crying, not with the person itself I managed to notice every mistake i did and took months suffering in a unhappy relationship, but well, things finally ended, earlier or later, it would end at all. I'm happy, thanks to this forum, i had the chance of write about my problems and think for a better decision for it, thank you =D

A very small one, actually Between my friends, only 2 like touhou and you barely see stuff about it here But for the good side, you can find fumos for a pretty cheap price here xd I got into the community some months ago, so i can't say how it was here in Brazil some years ago, but i still think it never was that famous here, not even when touhou was mainstream But touhou music is pretty famous here, everyone i know listened or have a touhou song saved, even without knowing what touhou is xd Edit: I found out, Brazilians made some memes about touhou and used lots of touhou sound effects to make YTPs xd Look, I found this from the Brazilian touhou community:

I kinda love the early 2000-2010 internet culture, so My favorite game is Halo:Combat Evolved Multiplayer xd Even being dead nowadays, is still fun, even tho is hard to find players and mostly you find the same players you saw yesterday (i actually like that, i love little communities!), is still so nice to play it after a tiring day xd It's just kinda sad that the friends i have don't really like it so i mostly play minecraft with them =')

Well, right now i'm 20 too, but in February i'll be 21, we have the same age then xd Tysm! I'm trying to do my best, i think everything will be okay for me, i just worry about her tbh, but i'll hope her the best too You're right! Even tho i'm new here, i really wanna thank this place, i've been holding that for myself for some months and could talk to a friend about it but well, didn't help so much since i can't express myself too well in live chat, mostly because i usually try to make things seem less heavy so it won't sound like i'm desperate (i don't like to worry people), but here, after talking about that, i felt good, was like finally being able to throw something i held for really long, it actually helped me a lot!

I have to be honest, it actually got me in the part of actually don't want a girlfriend Idk if it's the best place to talk about problems but, uh, maybe i need somewhere to talk about that. I've been dating a girl for 10 months and i don't have nothing to talk bad of her, she's the best, she always did everything to see me happy just like i did for her. Btw, she was one of the reasons i started liking touhou (she showed me a Cirno fumo, and i started loving fumos, and then touhou, even tho she don't even know about touhou xd) But besides the happy things, let's say, she is kinda, let's say, spoiled for attention and very insecure. I know isn't her fault but she's weirdly dependent of me, when i took vacations with my two friends to visit the Netherlands (country my family started), she sent me lots of messages, and when i didn't reply (because i was out or something), she started to spam stuff like "i can't live without you" and "i miss you". I spend 24/7 with her, and always i need to be alone for something, she gets sad and already even said she was gonna k!ll herself because for her "she's ugly and do everything wrong". The problem, i'm always talking and helping her, she even compliment me saying i'm always there to listen and help her, says that i make her life so much better and etc but well I'm unhappy, i can't play or nothing alone without she getting sad, when i say that i'll go sleep (literally a human need) she says for me not to go, and i don't go Idk what to do, i lost all my connection with my friends and well, i stopped having any social contact to only spend my time with her, i only can have time for myself when she go to sleep. She's a girl from my work, i always visit her and she also does with me, but when we're not together, she spams messages and if i take a little time to answer, she apologizes a lot, says she's dumb and etc. It worries me about her health but at the same time, i can't take this anymore, i feel unhappy and i feel like my life is only going backwards, losing my friends, stopping to see my family and barely going out anymore. I started a group without her, i wanna break up with her in January and make new friends and get back to be friends with my old friends too, she's a great girl but i can't lie, this is destroying my life, i wanna do something about it. Sorry for talking about personal problems btw, maybe isn't nice to comment about it in a Touhou forum but i felt like it was gonna be good for me to write about what i'm feeling! Hmmmmmmmmm I think i read about 30 minutes - 1 hour everyday, is relaxing to read them while i drink some hot chocolate or coffee, is really cold where i live xd Is like that little piece of your day that makes you forget all the worryings and focus on something simple and comfy !
