    using audacious, unsure if its on windows but its on linux for sure (installed via apt), mainly use it to play MIDIs but got touhou 6, 7, and 9 osts but whats most important it has a support for a winamp layout and skins which i honestly prefer over the default theme and layout might go and check out QMMP later tho, mainly for a friend
