As to why I think all three getting the title, I think it comes down to the fact that at various times they have all been used as playable characters in games that never really made sense to have as a character. While we get for example, reisen being playable in LOLK because it made sense being a space rabbit and the only character that had a stake in the story outside of "we don't want the lunarians here"
