I would say Yuri would probably be the most used and appreciated considering the fact that Touhou is an mostly all female cast and that stuff can be seen floating around everywhere you see Touhou at. Just the other day I saw one floating around TWT with Meiling and Sakuya, an often common Yuri fetish pair. Though IDK if that is the most appreciated considering the fact that second most I've seen would be obese/feet fetish that rarely pops up into my TWT feed.

I don’t understand why Touhou have a lot of NSFW content, I mean look at what they look like in the game, they all have child proportions and they aren’t drawn in a sexy way with sexy clothes I wonder wish one of the fetish you’ve listed is the most used or the most appreciated (I’m just curious)
