This has already been addressed before, but I did not have these issues up until the recent ThCrap update. Now, Unplugging my USBs does work, but it's not ideal whatsoever. (Touhou 9 is even worse, running at only a 4th of the FPS it should be running at.) Will this be corrected in the patcher any time soon? I'd just like to hear everyone else's fixes, as I don't want to risk damaging my hardware. Thanks!

 

EDIT: For some reason leaving my controller plugged in fixes the issue. Does... anyone have context for this...? I still need help with PoFV's framrate drops, though.
