Touhou and the steam library

So, whenever i try to add the touhou games to my steam library for some reason the translated version always end up uninstalling themselfs out of nowhere, is there any way to fix this?

i just make a shortcut version of the game then use that as the app for the steam library, dunno if it works for all games but it works for SWR (Touhou 10.5)
