i don't know but that definitely does NOT sound like touhou music.

can you tell us where you found it? maybe that would help identify it.

Hi, I identified the second one as "FL Tenichi's Theme: Informal Duellum", so I only need the first one. They're both from some obscure fan media, AFAIK.

 

I got them from a challenge, but I couldn't do it so I asked for help here
