Reimu’s Diary (guide, log series, documentary-ish. back?)

Page 1:

so i found this book while searching through my shrine for something, there was this pen thing attached to it with 500 pages of nothing but… lines? i guess i’ll introuduce myself

 

~ name: Reimu Hakurei

~ age: 16 or so i wasn’t keeping track

~ home: Hakurei Shrine/Jinja

~ job: Shrine Maiden/Miko

~ friend: Marisa Kirisame

~ facts: i exterminate Youkai for a living

 

so in here… Yukari Yakumo told me i can write whatever i want in it so i am thinking to put some guides into Gensokyo survival, logs about the incidents i solved, and things called documentaries about whatever. maybe one day this could be found by me again and i’ll laugh over the adventures i took beating up gods with danmaku. i guess that’s just my introduction, not sure what to do next, maybe i’ll write in here tomorrow or a few days later, not sure.

 

Page 2:

i might’ve lied about writing again tomorrow but eh. i guess i’ll place in my documentary about this Marisa Kirisame friend i mentioned

 

we’ve been friends for years, close to decades. sure we quarrel a lot over solving an incident especially the endless night incident, im surprised that people in the human village keep talking about our quarrels. that gives me fame.. i wonder if we should continue those quarrels? but eh it’s still not worth it.

Marisa is and always will be an energetic child. suits for her being a 15 year old (probably).

 

her attacks are much more stronger but nothing compares to my ability of BEING the “protagonist” of the incident. (i almost got hit by her master spark card, life almost flashed before my eyes.)

 

i honestly love writing in this journal or diary thing. i feel relaxed. Yukari Yakumo is right, people of the outside world love doing this. thanks Yukari for once!

its the fact i am currently focusing on my fanfic rn. especially the fact im still at school so i don’t have much time to get working on the diary. so once the fanfic is finished, i can finally move on to this. i have already gotten page 3 done though

man, another great incident happened so i guess that’s why i didn’t write in here… i guess it’s the incident everyone has been talking about:

the great Imperishable Festival incident (yes IF is canon in RD)

oh god, if it wasn’t for that human and the team, i would be gone for good

 

but anyway, here’s some advice about starting out in gensokyo:

gensokyo is not friendly to humans, especially outsiders. please for the love of god, find some shelter or even find my shrine. it’s all yukari’s fault after all, and on top of that make sure that you could survive long enough and have the skills before you’re found out some point, avoid all youkai at all costs no matter what they tempt you for.

 

page 4:

when i looked through this thing, i found some drawings that look like something from gensokyo. does this mean that an outsider used to own this book and it got forgotten? after all, yukari claims it’s from the outside world.

update: it turns out that yukari grabbed it from not sumireko or the so called “hifuu club”, she found it in some random house. weird…

it’s mine now so whoever used to own it, too bad i guess but damn they’re a pretty good artist
