Day 29: Kotohime

I like the fact that Kotohime is in touhou 3. That game specifically gets better characters usually because each character actually has a small bit of lore. Kotohime gets two bits, one on her being some kinda princess, and the other being her dreams of being a cop iirc. In general, her lore is kinda incoherent, so it’s not very important. Her design is very meh, and the purple is weird with her hair tbh. Overall, a less important but nice PC98 character.(honestly, I thought she’d be lower tbh.)
