Legalized nuclear maid (bomb)

Day 4: Ruukoto

Ruukoto is a PC98 character that I wouldn’t mind seeing again. She only really was introduced along with mimi-Chan and was only in that ending. She simply doesn’t have much, and is locked in PC98 jail, so she doesn’t have much character at all. Maybe one day we will see the literal ICBM and nuclear maid again someday.
