LoT2 - Plus Disk Issue

So i just tried downloading the game but i do have a problem when i try to start the game. Basically the game doesn't even open and a "Log" Note pad appears in the main  game folder which contains these two phrases:

0:ChangeWindowMode実行 
0:ウインドウモードフラグが立てられました
 

I know it might be the easiest thing in the world but i can't get through it, and i've spent some hour trying to fix it,but Japanese is not really my language and i  haven't found any Non-Jap topic related to this problem,  so forgive me but i've reached my limit,if any of you knows what to do i would really appreciate it. Thanks and sorry again.

What OS are you using? have you change your system locale to Japanese? have you try to run the unpatched version?

My current OS is Windows 7, i did change to Japanese Locale, but i'll try that again just in case i did it wrong,and yes, the unpatched version works correctly, its just this Plus DIsk thing that doesn't work.
