ok so yeah I defaulted to firefox with ublock because I really fucking despise GX running in the background when it's supposed to be CLOSED FUCKING SHIT BROWSER EHSJWNEHFKGJRBJDJRNRJDHR
sorry but I just can't use that thing anymore, it eats your ram just as much as chrome does, the limiter options are very inconsistent and sometimes just downright don't work at all and the interface looks like shit
the only real decent thing about gx is some of the integrated stuff on the sidebar like spotify that saves you the trouble of opening a tab for it but it's honestly just so drowned by all the other bad stuff that I just can't
oh yeah also company selling* consumer data lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh yeah and possibly having the worst social media manager ever???????? like bro how cringe can you be

i remember hearing about chrome's measures to try crack down on ad-blockers and that made me switch to firefox. was very pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to transition over, which made me hesitate previously. haven't looked back since.

Eh its just google has one of the languages I speak(in my country) so I feel better with that
